Production Facilities
With an area of nearly 70,000 square foot, and floor plan of 35000 square foot, Lautus is one of the earliest professional manufacturer specialized in natural stone sinks design, & production. Our quality standard is referred worldwidely to define natural stone sinks. We are also working to push natural stone sinks as a new classification in some countries.

With the area, we have a capacity of 110,000 annual maximum upgradable output . The capacity is designed to satisfy the demand of world leading DIY superstores, home centers & top wholesalers. We have been serving some of the world leader of DIY superstore chains and plumbing distribution for years. Our staff are well prepared to provide service to new home improvement centers, DIY superstores, and big wholesalers. a

Quality Management
Material Selection: Do not be surprised that we offer limited type of stone. We limit our product offer only to the natural stone that is suitable for making sinks. We do not offer 60 types stone, and some of them might cause quality problem in future. For each material, our purchasing staff visit the quarries and do the research to make sure: 1) It is good material for making sinks considering the structure and water absorption rate. And make sure that the material will not oxidize with water. 2) It is highly available material, so we could continually supply our customers. 3) Consistency to enable us to supply our customers consistently.

For supplying a light color marble to one of world leading home centers in US, our purchasing staff visited more than 15 quarries, and finally select one material out of them.

TQM: All our workers understand that quality is produced not inspected. Each worker is committed to quality, not accepting inferior material or semi-finished products for last process. Workers are invovled in making the standard of their own job, also job for their last process co-workers.
