If our products come to you not in a good condition, please report it within 20 business days upon arrival, and we will refund you the purchase price, give you a discount if it is still salable, or provide a replacement of the item you ordered.

Our packing is retail friendly. Each sink is wrapped in 5mm EPS sheet first, then put in a strong carton box, the box is protected by 50mm thick EPE sheets from 6 sides. It can stand from all the transportation to the endusers.

Our maximum capacity is 110,000 pcs annually. The lead time depends on the quantity of your order, and our production schedule. Normally we deliver in around 2-4 weeks for container orders.

Our minimum order quantity is 24 sinks, this limitation is not for samples.

Normally our customer pay us 30% of deposit, we start production, and arrange the shipment, then they pay the balance to get the documents to make clearance. For specific requirement on terms, please talk with the sales people responsible.

Bathroom Sinks: Hard water deposits can be very damaging to natural stone. If you have hard water you should soften it. Chemical cleaners should be carefully evaluated prior to using for compatibility with the stone. Never use acidic type cleaners on marble.
